2. RASA Phase 2 is Underway Thanks to the Support of Denver Voters

Phase 2 of construction is underway at Responsive Arts & STEAM Academy, or better known as RASA. The 2024 bond provided additional funding to build a wing for a middle school, paving the road for any RASA student who wishes to continue their educational journey through eighth grade. The new Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) focused elementary school opened the doors last fall, thanks to the Denver voters who passed the 2020 bond and made RASA possible! The Far Northeast of Denver is growing rapidly, and DPS is committed to responding to the needs of our young learners and their families.
